Thimmappa Nayaka, a fierce warrior and chieftain, renounces his worldly life after a divine intervention by Lord Krishna during a battle. Transforming into the saint poet Kanakadasa, he faces severe caste-based discrimination. His unwavering devotion eventually leads to a miracle at the Udupi temple, where the deity turns to grant him a vision through a crack in the wall.
